Summary
Developer Contributions Principal Planner needed in Newham
The rate is £28.56ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: RQ1431353
The successful candidate will be responsible to the Developer Contributions Team Leader (CIL) or Developer Contributions Team Leader (S106) for the provision and administration of a range of activities including policy development, negotiation and effective monitoring of planning obligations (Section 106 of TCPA) and Community Infrastructure Levy programme of work.
They will manage initiation, development, delivery, evaluation and on-going assessment, monitoring and operation of the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and S106 agreements.
