Summary
The Recruitment Co are recruiting for Forestry Workers to join our client based in Northwich Cheshire.
We're hiring for Forestry Workers in Northwich
Pay Rate:
£12.33 per hour + performance bonus scheme
About the Plant Nursery Role:
The work at the nurseries involves field-based open nursery operations and polyhouse nursery operations, for the growing, tending, processing and supply of bare root and container grown forest transplants.
Examples:
- Tree picker ( following behind the tractor collecting tree's)
- Grading and pulling of plants
- Sorting through small trees for quality and size
- Packing in to sacks
- lifting plants
- grading plants
- packing plants
- chemical (gazelle) treatment
- lining out seedlings and rooted cuttings
- taking cuttings and hand weeding
- Cutting down trees
- Heavy Lifting
This role will involve outdoor working

Week 1 - Monday - Friday 07:15 - 16:00

DBS check - which we will carry out on your behalf
Safety boots or wellingtons - no trainers
