This position is supporting a male in the NG8 area of NOTTINGHAM
The role is to provide support to a 70-year-old gentleman who was knocked down at the age of 19, which resulted in life changing injuries and a traumatic brain injury. You will be mainly providing support throughout the night monitoring the NIV machine. There will be an opportunity to provide additional support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication, domestic tasks as required.
The ideal candidate will be positive, caring, able to use own initiative and learn routines quickly. Must be able to handle the physical skills of lifting, handling, pushing and bending. Experience of care work would be beneficial but full training will be given.
Working Hours: 3 to 4 nights per week
Night Shift - 10pm to 7am
Benefits
Salary: £11.44 per hour
5.6 weeks pro rata holiday allowance
