The individual would like company to socialise and interact.
The Individual enjoys card games, dominoes and chess.
The individual requires assistance to transfer from wheelchair into a suitable vehicle.
The Individual enjoys to go out for a spin and would enjoy fish and chips.
The Individual requires support to use the bathroom.
The Individual has a stedy to transfer from chair to wheeled commode.
Encourage him to carry out his physio exercises, as he has been provided with a exercise sheet to follow
