Summary

We are recruiting part-time Support Workers in the Skipton area who are available to work weekends. Due to support locations we are looking for candidates who hold a valid UK Driving Licence with access to their own vehicle.
As an Avalon Support Worker you will have a role that offers:
Flexibility – with hours that work for you; a range of part-time weekend hours can be offered (from 12 to 24 hours per/week), respecting any commitments you have.
Guaranteed income and job security – hourly rates start at £11.50 with enhanced rates for evenings and weekends, plus paid mileage and lots of great benefits. Our charity is almost 30 years old and provides you a secure role with scope to develop.

You don’t need previous experience or qualifications, just to care about people and to want to make a difference. You will build meaningful and lasting relationships with the people you support. You won’t have to do short visits, as our sessions are always a minimum of 1 hour, with many being longer than this to make sure both you and our customers are fulfilled every day.
