If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and have a proven track record of driving excellence, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
Lead, inspire, and develop the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Manage budgets, financials, and KPIs, driving profitability while maintaining top-tier service standards.
Collaborate with department heads to implement innovative strategies for increasing guest satisfaction and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards, maintaining the hotel’s excellent reputation.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
Strong background in financial management, with the ability to optimize resources and hit KPIs.
Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for team development and guest satisfaction.
Fluent in English (Hungarian or other European languages is a plus).
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
