Summary
Corporate Support
Lead on appropriate workforce planning and recruitment campaigns.
Lead on people engagement activities and strategies.
Develop an enhanced learning and development environment aligned to organisational and staff needs.
Lead on embedding diversity, inclusion and wellbeing throughout the organisation, acting as ambassador and champion.
Oversee the delivery of internal communication activity and the interaction with wider MoJ networks.
Ensure the provision of an effective and efficient secretariat function that supports the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Executive Management Committee (EMC) in delivering CICA strategic objectives.
Strategy and Performance
Coordinate the production and laying before Parliament of the Annual Report and Accounts.
Lead on annual business and strategic planning activity, facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
Ensure the effective monitoring of performance and achievement of our strategic objectives, coordinating the production of all planning and performance reporting to the CICA EMC and MoJ.
Customer Contact and Resolution
Oversee CICA customer contact services and complaints processes, ensuring customers receive a compassionate and fair service
Championing opportunities for continuous improvement by analysing customer feedback, identifying trends, and driving initiatives to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
