Summary
Appleton Primary School are seeking to recruit a Site Maintenance Officer to join our team.
The main purpose of the role is to assist in ensuring safe and secure custody of the site, to monitor effective provision of utilities and to carry out basic maintenance and repairs.
The successful candidates will show self-motivation and have high standards of workmanship.
Salary, Grade 5, Point 8 - £25,992 - Point 13 - £28,163 (FTE) Monday - Friday, can be flexible, part time/full time, possible job share opportunity, all year, with an annual leave entitlement from 24 days per year, plus bank holidays.
We would welcome visits to the school prior to application & interview. Any offer of employment to the above post will be subject to receipt of a satisfactory references & disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service.
