Summary
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Driver/Guide to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting & guiding tourists efficiently and safely while ensuring excellent customer service. The tours can vary from single day tours to multiple days tours where you will be required to stay overnight, we pay for your accommodation and provide you with an overnight allowance. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Meet & greet clients at pick-up location.
- Load any luggage the clients might have into the vehicle.
- Provide clients with some information on the locations you are visiting.
- Communicate with office staff and clients with regards to pre designated itinerary's.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies during transportation.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Driver in a similar role is advantageouos but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- A valid driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points.
- Basic knowledge and some history of Scotland is advantageous but not mandatory.
