The Best Connection Employment Group are currently seeking Class 2 Drivers for ADHOC work for multiple clients in the Crawley and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will possess a current and valid Category C Licence, Digi tacho and CPC card.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 05:00 starts being the earliest Weekends with 05:30 starts being the earliest with an OT rate available on weekends. Rate of Pay:£15.00 - £19.75PH
£ 15.00 PAYE
Responsibilities of the Class 2 Driver: Operate a Class 2 vehicle from Crawley to various locations the UK. Jobs can range from palletized and caged deliveries, depot drops or delivery of furniture to clients warehouse. Perform complete pre- and post-operation inspection of the vehicle in accordance with Company policy to ensure tyre pressure, fluid levels; safety equipment, gauges, and controls are in proper working order. Report any safety issues on standard reports. Adhering to assigned delivery schedule and following all job directives precisely Interact with dispatchers and others daily to ensure all task are carried out in a timely and professional manner. Follow all required safety policies and procedures. Requirements of the Class 2 Driver: Category C Licence. CPC. Digi Tacho. Due to the location and start times own transport is required.
