Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Flexographic Printer for our established Client based in Lincoln.

Our Client is a leading global flexible packaging company with comprehensive product offerings. Our Clint provides creative packaging solutions, industry-leading customer service and award-winning innovation to a diverse global marketplace.

Location:
Horncastle Ln, Lincoln LN2 3QF.

Hours:
Continental shift pattern.
2 Days (7am-7pm)
2 Nights (7pm-7am)
4 Days off

Salary:
£32,889 - £39,093
Depending on experience
(Overtime available where required at time and a half)

As a qualified Printer, you will be responsible for the following;

- Setting up and running an 8-colour flexographic printing press
- Monitoring and controlling print quality
- Optimising press speed
- Effectively dealing with print faults
- Highlighting print defects through print manager
- Managing ink levels
- Accurately capturing data
- Enhancing knowledge and training within the department
- Complying with site procedures
- Maintaining good house keeping on the presses
