We have an exciting opportunity for a Electrician to join our client's responsive maintenance team in Westminster but working on sites in West London and surrounding areas as well. You will be covering a property services project.
Responsibilities:
- Your primary focus as a Electrician will be to undertake reactive day-to-day repair in resident's properties
- Achieve first time fix and deliver high standard workmanship
- Manage the resident's expectation and ensure to provide a follow-on service
- Maintaining and updating PDA devices with work schedules and key information, consistently providing excellent customer service and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience in reactive maintenance within the social housing sector.
- Core strength trade background as an Electrician, with skills in other trades where possible.
- A full UK driving licence as travel between properties is required
- Level 3 City & Guilds or NVQ and 18th edition in electrical installations
Benefits:
The working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and our client also supplies a company van and fuel card.
