As a disability confident employer, we take a trauma informed approach to our work, support the Care Leavers covenant, and have been awarded accreditation as a College of Sanctuary for refugees.You can have a look here at our Staff Benefits Booklet for even more.About your role:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Safeguarding Practitioner to become part of our committed Safeguarding and Welfare team.In this role, you will play a key part in providing operational multi-agency Safeguarding support within the Safeguarding and Welfare team and across the College.This opportunity is ideal if you are team orientated, resilient and experienced in the current trends within Safeguarding and Prevent and you are passionate about making a meaningful difference in students' futures.You will have the ability to intervene with crisis intervention as necessary to help students maintain their place in college and achieve their learning goal. You will be confident to offering professional challenge within the College and with external partner agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.
