About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our Planning Team as Scheduling Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient scheduling and management of planned works while maintaining compliance with industry standards. Your contributions will directly support the smooth operation of our services and the satisfaction of both internal and external stakeholders.

This 6-month fixed-term contract is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to enhance their skills and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.




What you'll get to work on:



- SAP Task Management: Process a variety of SAP-related tasks, including creating and releasing work orders, updating job records, and deferring Domestic Connection jobs.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with internal and external stakeholders through various communication methods, including phone, email, and in-person discussions, to ensure their requirements are met effectively.
- Excel Records Maintenance: Keep accurate and up-to-date Excel records to track daily tasks and support operational efficiency.
- Communication and Updates: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on planned works via email, telephone, and direct collaboration with colleagues.
- Scheduling Connections Work: Manage the scheduling of connections work, ensuring that all necessary permits, perimetry, and traffic management requirements are in place.
- Database Accuracy: Maintain and update multiple databases, ensuring all information is accurate, compliant, and readily accessible.
- Compliance Assurance: Adhere to and enforce compliance with the Guaranteed Standards of Performance, ensuring quality and accountability in all processes.





Who are we looking for:



- Proficient in Microsoft office suites:Strong skills in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other key desktop applications.
- Competence with Core Systems:Experience with platforms such as SAP and ClickSoftware is highly desirable.
- Strong Interpersonal Abilities: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers.
- Multitasking and Problem-Solving: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a strategic approach to identifying and solving challenges.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: A proactive attitude towards shifting priorities and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
