Summary
Murray Recruitment have an excellent permanent opportunity for a Service Administrator for our client, who are a well-established and successful Building Services provider based in Aberdeen.
Reporting to the Operations Manager and working as part of a team, you will be working in a very busy environment carrying out a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities;
Deal with incoming enquiries
Generate & plan work instructions for Engineers
Managing PPM and Reactive works
Monitor job progress, recording on the work orders and keeping customers informed thought the
work process
Ensuring all work orders are closed in a timely fashion and within SLA, completing all fields with
relevant information, such as purchase orders, service reports and log notes
Checking and ensuring that technicians paperwork, service reports and timesheets etc. are completed
accurately and on time
Timely preparation of statistics for monthly client reports
Planning reactive works and organising PPMs for the month ahead
Experience;
Previous Helpdesk, Scheduling or Planning experience would be advantageous however not essential.
Excellent customer service skills.
Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent eye for detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage your workload and work on your own initiative.
Due to the nature of the contract you will be required to go through a basic disclosure check.
Offering
Salary up to £25k DOE
Working hours Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm (1 hour lunch office based)
Holidays - 35 per year
