Job Purpose


Associate Cloud Infra support Analyst role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of Cadent's IT cloud infrastructure services.The successful candidate will be responsible for the availability, reliability, and maintenance of AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud environments, including core services like IAM, VPC, EC2, RDS, and EFS. They will also oversee environment management, monitoring, and alerting to proactively identify and resolve issues. Furthermore, the role involves supporting the team in maintaining service health, incident resolution, and executing maintenance plans. Collaborating with outsourced service providers to meet SLAs, participating in a 24/7 on-call rota, and adhering to change management processes are key responsibilities.The candidate will contribute to project and program delivery by providing technical input, configuration activities, and design reviews. They will also play a role in UAT and OAT testing, as well as the transition of services into enduring support. Additionally, they will help maintain technical standards, ensure security compliance, and work with third-party providers to optimize cloud service availability.




Key Responsibilities



- Service Management: Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
- Cloud Infrastructure Support: Provide technical support for AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization.
- Security and Compliance: Adhere to security standards, implement best practices, and support the delivery of secure cloud environments.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of IT maintenance roadmaps, standards, and processes to enhance service delivery.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensure smooth transitions, and address stakeholder requirements.





Skills and Experience



- Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP, ideally with relevant certifications.
- Experience in DevOps practices and agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum) using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Proven knowledge of ITIL principles and practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in supporting mission-critical systems and incident management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
