The role:
We're seeking a Spanish Speaking Account Manager to help take our committed plan for the International team to the next level. This role offers an incredible opportunity to interact with a diverse client base in the European and Latin America recruitment industry, including some of the largest employers worldwide. There's potential for attending conferences and even participating in face-to-face meetings internationally, playing a pivotal role in our global expansion and impacting the lives of millions of job seekers.
You'll be a key player in our dynamic commercial team of 10, working closely with the International, Delivery, Marketing and Product teams. -Utilizing your analytical skills to monitor the progress of recruitment campaigns
-Identifying and addressing potential issues proactively
-Evaluating and analyzing client materials to propose more efficient delivery methods, ultimately maximizing their return on investment
-Contributing to market research efforts to uncover new customer segments and traffic opportunities
-Actively collaborating with our Marketing and Product Teams on SEM, SEO optimizations, PR, Link building and product improvement tasks

We don’t like to put people in boxes, but you’re likely to be able to demonstrate experience of or aptitude for much of the below:

-Fluency in English and Spanish
-Strong work ethic, drive, and passion
-Strong people skills and a passion for great customer service, you enjoy building long-term relationships with prospects and existing customers
-Proven track record in account management
-Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to understand and optimise campaigns
-Experience with cold calling, sales and negotiation
-Comfortable working towards time-driven targets with a flexible, positive attitude

It’s a bonus if you have:
-A good understanding of online advertising, ideally with Cost per click model/pricing
-Previous experience in online marketplaces or the recruitment industry
French as an additional language skill
