The Role

LinkLiving is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join their Edinburgh Young Persons' Service team. This role involves supporting young people (aged 16-25) who have faced homelessness, trauma, or other disadvantages. You'll help them develop independent living skills, build relationships, and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

Build trusting relationships with young people.
Provide emotional, practical, and social support.
Help young people find suitable housing and manage it effectively.
Assist them in overcoming challenges and working towards a brighter future.
