Summary
We are recruiting for a Special Educational Needs Teacher to work in a specialist education setting for young people aged 11-19 with Autistic Spectrum Conditions and Communication and Interaction difficulties.
The right Teacher will have a strong understanding as well as experience of teaching students across all ages with Special Education Needs including Autism, Social emotional and Mental Health needs.
The ideal Teacher will be willing and enthusiastic about making a difference to these children's lives and their education, and are passionate about being the best that they can be; providing opportunities for enriched learning and pathways to employment and independence.
This teaching role is to start immediately, please see the below requirements:
Previous experience of working with Pupils with a range of additional needs.
Hold QTS
Teaching qualification
Team Teach would be advantageous but not essential.
Two satisfactory references.
A valid DBS certificate subscribed to the update service, or be willing to obtain one.

Rate of pay is dependent on current grade, experience and payroll method.
