WR Fundraising Recruitment is delighted to collaborate with a wonderful, emerging charity that provides crucial mental health and bereavement support across England & Wales.

At a really exciting time of development, we are looking to recruit a Fundraising & Marketing Manager, to work with a fantastic CEO to develop income streams focussing on a portfolio of well supported events and community fundraising.

We’re looking for an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record in events with the ability to write compelling marketing copy.

Managing a small team that extends to trusts & grants, we’re looking for someone who has an understanding of funding application processes as part of their skills, knowledge and experience.

Fundraising & Marketing Manager
Central London with hybrid working
Full-Time – Permanent
Up To £40,000 on experience

Duties will include:
• Manage the charity’s day-to-day fundraising and marketing activity, and support the CEO to deliver an ambitious plan for income growth.
• Help to plan and manage an exciting portfolio of fundraising and challenge events including a successful annual gala
• Lead on organising community fundraising
• Support the CEO and wider team with the writing of compelling grant applications.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with key individual supporters and groups
• Plan and deliver a digital marketing strategy to drive engagement amongst supporters
• Create engaging content for use on our social media channels, website and printed materials

Ideal candidate will have:
• A proved track record of success in 2 of the following income streams; Events, Individual Giving, Trusts or Community Fundraising.
• Experience of managing fundraising and marketing campaigns
• Experience of managing email and social media marketing channels
• Knowledge, enthusiasm for or experience of working in the mental health sector
• Willingness and ability to work flexibly on key events
• The ability to engage and maintain support from a variety of supporter groups
