Summary


To be part of the Involve Team and to give a lived experience perspective to help shape and improve the quality of the Service User and Carer Recruitment panellist service. This could be achieved, by co-producing the existing training package, co-facilitate workshops for new recruits and collating data.

· To review the current training for new Service User and Carer recruitment Panellists.

· Support the Involve Project manager with workshop delivery

· To gather feedback from all panellists on the database

· Support the new panellists with any concerns

· To review and co-design the literature for recruitment managers

· Support the Involve project manager with updating processes where required.

· Support the Involve team with collating data for meetings.

· Support the Involve project manager with recruitment drives for new panellists

· To highlight the importance of having a Service user and Carer perspective on recruitment panels, via meetings and conferences as part of the Involve team.

· To ask the chair of the panel for their feedback in terms of their experience of having an interview panellist, which can also help to co-design and improve the training further.

• A commitment to your participation as a Service User and Carer panellist Training Administrator

• To have lived experience or have cared for someone accessing Oxleas services.

• Extensive knowledge in using IT software, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

• Confidence in speaking to Service User and Carers to gather feedback.

• Ability to deliver recruitment training in person and remotely to new panellists.

• To be able to manage time and workload effectively supported by a member of the Involve team.

• Ability to speak at meetings and conferences.

• Undertake activities as needed in a timely manner.
