Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) & Saturdays (08:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and advice
- Manage customer bookings, ensuring all details are captured accurately
- Advise customers on repairs, maintenance, and available services
- Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of services
- Handle customer queries and concerns professionally
- Process invoicing and payments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and work progress
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive sector is essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, friendly, and proactive attitude
