Summary

STOCK ADMINISTRATOR FOR WAREHOUSE REQUIRED

ROTATING SHIFTS - 06-00 TO 14.00 AND 14.00 TO 22.00

IMMEDIATE START - LONG CONTRACTS

Area B46 1AL. Coleshill Hams Hall - Must have strong Stock Admin Background

Rate - £11.44 - Must be able to cover both shifts

Key Responsibilities.

  • Previous Admin Experience within warehouse environment is a must.
  • Receipting of all in bound and external loads.
  • Monitoring Stock Levels
  • Monitoring Damaged Stock. Internal Stock -
  • Processing all orders for dispatch
  • Checking picking levels is a priority for delivery.
  • Using the relevant Microsoft systems
  • Good communication
  • Ability to priorities work
  • Speaking to Colleagues and internal/ external departments / clients
  • Prepare stock consolidation to fully utilise warehouse capacity
  • Reconcile stock discrepancies and report accordingly
  • Investigate picking errors. - good communication with Temps and Workers

Experience required 1 year

  • Swisslog, SAP LES Red Prairie systems
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
  • Microsoft skills, Excel - word outlook - basic to intermediate
  • Good written and Verbal Communication necessary.
  • Team Play - Thinking on your feet approach.
