Summary

Service Desk Analyst needed in Northallerton Paying £15.08 per hr Ref 365307

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Role Purpose: Provide technical support, respond to enquiries, evaluate, and resolve ICT-related issues via phone, in person, and self-service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and raise ICT service management cases, ensuring compliance with service level agreements and quality standards.

  • Support the Service Delivery strategy and roadmap

  • Engage with stakeholders, providing feedback to ensure service desk activities meet business needs.

  • Identify and promote opportunities for innovation and improvement in service transition lifecycle.

  • Support incident management and request fulfilment to meet performance standards.

  • Communicate effectively with end users and 3rd party providers.

  • Keep the service support manager informed of all service operation activities.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service support processes and compliance.

  • Support line management in consulting with clients regarding service support activities.
