Summary
Skills & Competencies required: Experience: At least 4 years in front-end development, with a strong focus on user experience and mobile design. Front-End Skills: Proficiency in React Native, with experience building mobile applications for both iOS and Android. Strong understanding of JavaScript and CSS, with the ability to translate design concepts into responsive, performant code. UX & Gamification: Experience in UX design, with a track record of applying gamification principles in digital products. Graphic Design Skills: Ability to create and implement graphics, icons, and animations to enhance the user experience, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. User-Centred Design Principles: Deep understanding of UX best practices, particularly for mobile applications. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to use user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing data to drive UX and UI enhancements. Desirable: Experience in health-tech or wellness apps, with familiarity with compliance and privacy standards such as GDPR.
