Summary
The successful individual will be providing 18-hour coverage per week across Monday - Friday working mornings. You will be assisting the team in maintaining the building to a high standard whilst having a sensitive and supportive approach to our elderly and vulnerable residents.
Key responsibilities:
To work as part of a team to ensure that all areas within the building are clean and tidy.
To maintain an adequate supply of cleaning materials and ensure they are stored securely according to COSHH guidelines.
To report minor repairs to management.
To wash paintwork and clean windows and doors as required.
Be a Guinness champion by following and promoting policies and procedures, with particular attention to standards of customer service, health and safety, and equality and diversity.
Essential skills and experience:
Experience of cleaning.
Knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and COSHH guidelines.
Understanding of the needs of particular client groups, e.g. the elderly.
