Summary
The Best Connection are currently recruiting Cold Store Pickers to join our clients team in Reading. This is an ongoing role with a permanent contract available for the right candidate.
Shifts:
Tuesday - Saturday
Times:
0600 - 1400
Pay Rates:
£11.90 - (£14.32 after 12 weeks)
Your responsibilities on a typical day will include: Supporting the picking of orders using the 'pick by voice' equipment Safely handling manual equipment Operating in a cold store warehouse with temperatures of -21 degrees, equipment will be provided Adhering to health and safety practices in accordance with company policies Requirements: Essential previous warehouse experience Excellent communication skills Flexibility in your approach, especially during peak seasons! Alcohol and Drug Test will be conducted prior to starting
