We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual to undertake the post of Community Connector, within our Communities Team.
About the role
Karbon shapes the places where we build or manage homes and support the communities that live in them. Our Communities Team, work closely with communities to make sure their voices are heard, and support is given to create strong foundations for success.
The Community Connector role is key in supporting this mission. The successful candidate will represent Karbon in working with members of the community sector and organisations that support the communities in which we work. You will oversee a budget for delivering a wide range of community initiatives as well as playing a key role in delivering our holiday activities.
While the role is based out of Stanley, County Durham, you will be working throughout a wide area of County Durham and be expected to be flexible in working across the North East on key projects and initiatives.

- Salary is £35,172 per annum plus a Karbon car payment of £2,260 per annum.
- Location: Stanley with some homeworking available
- Regular travel will be required.
- Hours: 37 Hours per week
