Requirements
Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
Proven experience in a counseling or advisory role preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy and active listening abilities to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using technology and digital tools for client management.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
