Hays Education are working alongside a brilliant school in South Derbyshire who are looking for a Year 1 Teacher to join their wonderful team!
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure continuity and consistency in teaching.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
**Requirements:**
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 1 students.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt to different teaching environments and work effectively as part of a team.
