Summary
Senior Risk Control Officer - Risk/ALM/Enterprise Risk Management.
MIN 5 years experience along with fluent Mandarin both written and verbal communication skill is required for this role - ESSENTIAL
This role is part of the Risk team second line of defence, support and challenge the management of risks, in line with Enterprise risk Management (ERM) framework, reporting material risk issues falling within Risk & ALM Department remit to the Head of department.
Day to day management of operational risk, as part of the operational risk team, working with the department to maintain the effectiveness of second line of defence and operational risk profiles are managed within risk appetite and meetings internal and regulatory requirements.
Min 5 years in Operational Risk management and ERM
FLUENT MANDARIN - ESSENTIAL
Awareness of industry trends and best practices in risk management (particularly operational risk management ERM categories
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
Regulatory regimes and requirements governing control and management of ERM
Deliver comprehensive risk reports, propose constructive forward looking and proportionate solutions
