About the Role
Are you an individual with exceptional administration and customer service skills, ideally with experience in public sector environments? The London Borough of Bexley is seeking a dedicated Business Support Officer to join our Planning and Regulatory Services Hub.
In this role, you will provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring that customer interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and respect. You will be the first point of contact for a range of enquiries, managing calls and emails efficiently while adhering to agreed protocols.
