Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced electrician, as well as enthusiastic trainees and students who want to learn and gain hands-on experience in the electrical field. The role will involve installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial properties, with an opportunity for trainees to work under the guidance of experienced professionals to expand their skills.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, lighting, and circuit boards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs in a timely manner.
- Assist in ensuring electrical systems comply with safety regulations and local codes.
- Respond to emergency electrical calls and perform necessary repairs.
- Work collaboratively with the maintenance team and property managers.
- For trainees/interns: Assist experienced electricians on job sites, observe installations and repairs, and gain hands-on experience with electrical systems.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Requirements:
- For experienced electricians: Proven experience in the electrical field, along with relevant certifications and licenses.
- For trainees/interns: Basic understanding of electrical systems, either through coursework or previous training, and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Availability for emergency calls and flexibility in work hours as needed.
- Must have driving license, physical ability to lift heavy objects.
