What skills and experience we're looking for
• Proven track record of outstanding ICT teaching or evidence of outstanding practice during training
• Knowledge and understanding of the curriculum requirements for the subject
• Experience of teaching ICT at all Key Stages
• Proven track record of strong and effective behaviour management strategies
• Excellent ICT skills
• Strong ability to analyse data and use it purposefully to inform planning in order to have a positive impact on student outcomes
• Ability to communicate effectively and relate well to all stakeholders
• Willingness to contribute to extra-curricular activities
• Ability to work as part of a team
Desirable
• Experience of teaching Computing at Key Stage 4 / Key Stage 5
• Experience of, or a willingness to, teach Business or Media at Key Stage 4 and 5
• Experience of being, or willingness to be an examination marker now or in the future

We are seeking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about their subject area; a team player who will thrive on collaboration and team-work; someone who really wants to make a difference!
We are primarily looking for an applicant who can teach ICT at all key stages, however, the ability to also teach Business Studies, Computing or Media would be of interest to us.
We welcome applications from ECTs and we run a highly supportive and successful ECF programme.
