Summary
The critical care unit is recognised for advanced training in ICM and boasts an active Critical Care Research Department with two Professorial posts, an NIHR Senior Lecturer and a team of research nurses. The department is currently involved in several multicentre studies. Training in a range of special skills including Research, Quality Improvement and FICE & CUSIC may also be available. We will work flexibly with successful candidates to create a post that includes modules in Anaesthesia and/or Critical Care that will enhance development and training. Grade, payscale and rota will depend on the suitability of the applicant but is expected to be on the JSD Higher pay scale with a full shift 1 in 8 rota.
