Chino Latino is a multi-award-winning modern Pan-Asian cuisine restaurant with a Latin cocktail bar, located in Park Plaza Riverbank London Hotel, right at the heart of the city with riverside views.
Head Chef Ederson Bonasso has created a menu that celebrates a mix of wild, exotic flavours, and zingy Latino cocktails with some Pan-Asian favourites! Established over 10 years ago, we remain masters in our craft with our delicate menu, highlighting the best of Pan-Asia's culinary offering, whilst also being laced with Latino flourishes from Peruvian cuisine. That is why your skills in serving and presenting these as a Head Bartender are so important.
As our Head Bartender, you will receive:
- Salary: £29,203 per annum plus generous service charge

We are looking for our Head Bartender, who:
- Have experience leading a large team in a high-performance operation.
- Inspires, coaches and mentor Bartenders and Barbacks
- Leads by example, enthusing your team by sharing your passion for brilliant food & drink and outstanding customer service
- You will be a passionate and highly motivated with the ability to inspire your team
- Can work in shifts on the Rota basis including closing shifts
- Shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment & Care
- Has worked previously as a Bar Team Leader / Bar Supervisor or Senior/Head Bartender in a hotel/restaurant environment
