About the Role

Are you passionate about early help and safeguarding?

We are currently looking for a dynamic and forward thinking individual to join our fast paced team as an EHASH Early Help Support Worker.

The role of the early help worker within EHASH is a fast paced role which seeks to identify outstanding needs for the families and young people of Rochdale in a consent driven way and to develop bespoke packages of support for our families at an early help level.

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to be part of the front door team for all new early help contacts coming into EHASH , you will focus on triage and remains office based with same day home visits where required.

Our team works in a time bound way, so being able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines is a key skill required for this role.

Our aims are to ensure our families have access to the right services at the right time in the least interventionist approach.
