We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Contracts Manager to oversee key fire and security contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing installations, ensuring project success, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day management of fire and security contracts.
Responsible for sales and delivery of installation works.
Manage contract profitability and ensure contractual targets are achieved.
Procure materials required for contracts and maintain supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and client requirements.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Experience and Certifications Required:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management within the fire and security industry.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
