Summary
Established over 40 years ago, and with family at the heart of its provision, Castle has consistently proven itself to be an outstanding setting, catering for children 0-4 years, as well as providing out-of-school and holiday care up to 11 years.
We are looking for an experienced Early Years Teacher to lead our Preschool Class in the role of Curriculum Leader. This role could provide flexible working arrangements during school term-time or all-year around between 40 hours per week.
Successful candidates will:
Hold at least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or QTS and have at least 3 years’ experience working with 3-5 year olds. Have extensive knowledge of the Early Years curriculum and be able to demonstrate their impact on outcomes for children. Have experience leading a team of practitioners in planning and implementing an exciting and ambitious curriculum. Have proficient working knowledge of SEND in the Early Years.
