Summary

Our Human Resource team play an essential role within COPFS by providing business and employee support services. We are experts in our field and foster a culture of inclusion and trust in all aspects of our work.

The vacancy currently available sits within our HR Resourcing team who are responsible for recruitment and staffing across all COPFS however HR Administrators also typically exist within HR Operations, supporting the needs of current employees, and HR Management Information where they will consider key data used for decision making at all levels across the organisation. In any of these teams our HR Administrators are essential to the delivery of excellent customer service. There is potential for experience across each team.

If you already have a background in HR or office administration, or if you are looking to begin your HR career this role would be appropriate for you.

We will support your development with in-person training. You can expect to work as part of a diverse and supportive team who currently work agilely from home as well as in the office together.
