Summary
Position: We are seeking an Engagement Lead, to be based at our Thurso, Dornoch & Alness campuses.
Responsibilities: To engage with schools in the campus areas, attending parents evenings and other events to promote the college. To engage with the local business community, offering training courses and packages. To engage with the wider community offering short courses and events. The post holder will oversee and lead all Campus operations and will lead on the planning of local business and leisure provision in accordance with Enterprise and Engagement procedures.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills: The post holder will at least be educated to HNC level. A degree qualification is desirable. Experience of providing a high quality customer facing role, also experience of organising events and leading a team is beneficial to the role.
A level of Gaelic ability would be advantageous to your application.
Salary: £30,283 - £32,043 per annum
Location: Thurso, Dornoch & Alness
Working Hours: 35 hours, Permanent
