Summary

Catch 22 are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Handyman to work for an expanding provider of Reactive maintenance nationwide.

The company are within the top 20 sub-contractors for volume and service for an international FM provider.

The Ideal Candidate:

• The ideal candidate will have experience within reactive maintenance and handyman jobs, but training can be provided. Job scope varies from rubbish removal to gutter cleaning and roof repairs. A vital aspect of the handyman position is a can-do attitude and heart willing to go the extra mile and help the customer.
• Technologically competent and be able to work with the latest smart phone, laptops etc to write reports and job sheets.
• Clean driving License

The role:

• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance at client sites, as well as handyman jobs.
• Identify problems on first call-out and where possible offer a temporary fix or repair/complete job for client.
• Liaise with Help Desk in order to keep client up to date at all times.
• Maintain all necessary Health and Safety administration before, during and after job.
• Time management skills, to ascertain all times needed on a project
