Summary
Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading component manufacturer in their search for a Machine Operative to join their Ruabon-based team.
For the successful Machine Operative our client is offering:
• £12.59 per hour, rising to £13.49 after 12 weeks
• Shifts: Monday - Friday, 6-2 / 2-10
• Temporary ongoing role with a view of going permanent
• Long-term position with full training provided along with progression opportunities
• While training you may be required to work days £11.44 per hour
The role - Machine Operative:
• Operating manufacturing machines in line with set standards
• Operating and setting up various manufacturing machinery
• General cleaning duties
• General support with the production operatives when required
• Working to timed productions KPIs
• Powder mixing
What our client is looking for in a Machine Operative:
• Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery - ESSENTIAL
• Previous quality control experience
• Keen to work as part of a team
• Steady work history
