Summary
The North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust (NWAFT) has a considerable and varied estate, diverse contracting relationships and an obligation to drive value for money - including improved quality - from the money it spends. The post holder will be instrumental in contributing to this aim. Crucial to that work will be: Understanding the Trusts vision and Clinical Strategy and its role in providing healthcare within the community including being aware of the wider issues relating to the NHS Understanding the requirement for an Estates Strategy and its role in contributing to the efficient running of the Trusts estate Understanding the requirements of the NHS Estate Code The post holder will support the Director of Estates & Facilities in their role as Trust Representative ensuring best possible value for money via the PFI and wider commercial contracts.
