Summary
**Workforce Staffing** , in partnership with a leading waste recycling centre, is looking for dedicated **Recycling Operatives** to join a dynamic, award-winning team that's growing fast in Malvern.
**Position Highlights:**
* **Schedule** : Friday, Saturday 8am-6pm and Sunday 10am-4pm,
* **Pay** : £11.44 per hour
* **Location** : Malvern
* **Start Date** : Immediate start available
* **Job Type** : Temporary ongoing position, with potential for a permanent role based on performance
**Role Responsibilities:**
* **Material Sorting & Cleaning** : Hands-on sorting of recyclables and keeping the workspace organized.
* **General Labouring** : Perform essential tasks such as sweeping, shoveling, and maintaining a clean facility.
* **Equipment Operation** : Operate small plant machinery to avoid blockages and ensure smooth operations.
* **Traffic Direction** : Assist in managing vehicle flow within the recycling site.
* **Customer Service** : Provide guidance and support to the public to make recycling easier.
