Contracts Manager
We have recently secured a number of new projects and we have an immediate requirement for a civil engineering Contracts Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their experience of undertaking a similar role and will be responsible for:
The management of a number of concurrent projects with an individual contract value up to £10m.
You will have the overarching responsibility for satisfactory safety, health, environmental and quality performance of your projects.
Experience across a number of Forms of Contract including NEC & JCT design & build.
Successful delivery of projects which include earthworks, soils stabilisation, site remediation, highways, drainage & utility infrastructure. Ideally you will have an engineering background and possess a detailed understanding of the related civil engineering Specifications.
Management and coordination of direct resource, sub-contractors and designers.
Accountable for the operational and commercial performance of your projects.
Manage the procurement of materials, plant and subcontractors.
You will be HND or degree qualified.
You will hold a valid UK driving license and will be based at our Head Office in Trafford Park, Travel to and from sites with be required within the North West Region.
