About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Workshop Assistant to join our team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with a technical mindset or practical skills. Prior experience in the Staging and Events industry is not required, as all necessary skills will be taught on-site. What matters most is your willingness to learn and contribute to our workshop operations.
Key Responsibilities:(Responsibilities will vary depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.)
Cutting screen material to precise specifications.
Repairing projection screens and frames.
Cleaning and maintaining event/projection screen surfaces.
Assisting with general workshop and warehouse duties.
Managing stock and ensuring inventory is well-organised.
Supporting the team to ensure smooth production and timely delivery of products.
What We’re Looking For:A hands-on, practical approach and a willingness to learn new skills.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.
A reliable and adaptable team player who can take on varied tasks.
Own transport is essential, as our location is 2 miles outside Pangbourne.
