Summary
Organisational Development Consultant needed in Chelmsford, Essex Paying £56,025 per annum Ref 17712
Full time time on a 12 month fixed term contract
Enable organisational strategy success by optimising both the structural and cultural elements of the organisation. Support individual, team, and organisational performance through comprehensive interventions.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement OD strategies to enhance effectiveness and performance.

Manage complex conversations, engaging and influencing at all levels.

Collaborate with Organisation Design Consultants to align structure, processes, and culture.

Build organisational capability and address challenges through expert advice.

Deliver change management processes, leadership development, and cultural change programs.

Conduct organisational diagnostics to inform tailored OD solutions.

Integrate OD practices into leadership, talent development, and employee experience.

Evaluate the impact of OD initiatives and recommend improvements.

Maintain professional development in line with CIPD standards.

Participate in communities of practice to share best practices.
