Summary
Duties to include but not be limited to: Liaise with patients, support staff, external organisations and ward staff regarding patient preparation and appointments for MRI procedures. Work together with the patient pathway care coordinator, anaesthetists, clinical leads, specialist MRI radiographers to organise the workload according to priority and ensure efficient work flow of both outpatients and inpatients. Communicate all relevant information to the specialist MRI team and to external organisations in a timely and professional manner to ensure seamless care. Communicate patient appointment details with patients and deal with their enquiries. Liaise with the relevant multi-disciplinary team members to organise GA scans and specialist procedures. Deal with enquiries as required.
