Summary
Head of Commercial Development this is essentially a role that incorporates sales and relationship management, marketing and events and fundraising strategy working in the charity sector for a business with purpose and vision.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Commercial Development working for a revolutionary business in the charity sector. This role has come about due to a brand-new initiative and major project that is rolling out across the UK.
This is a key leadership opportunity, and the main remit will be to identify growth opportunities, developing partnerships, optimising revenue streams whilst ensuring full alignment with the business and project objectives.
In the role of Head of Commercial Development, you will need to merge vision and execution skills to deliver sustainable long-term growth and focus on generating diverse income as well as raising awareness and promoting of the programme with key stakeholders.
To be successful in the role – You will:
Have clear and demonstrable experience of building partnerships at scale in either a charity or commercial environment
Be an excellent relationship manager with a background in securing financial support from partners
Have experience of managing multi-faceted strategic partnerships that deliver both financial and non-financial impact to an organisation
Have experience of using data and insight to inform business planning and decision making
Have the ability to develop strategy and translate into an operational and commercial delivery plan
Have experience of people management and influencing
Be target driven, proactive and creative in meeting the needs of complex multi-faceted partners
